I'm Vaishnavi, product designer building tools that do more than look good — they help teams move faster, users feel heard, and systems stay sane. While working at Rev&, I wore a lot of hats — and occasionally stitched together a few of my own. I bounced between design, research, and strategy, shaping products from “wait, what are we building?” to “okay, let’s push this out.”

Some days, I was buried in user flows and Figma files. Other days, I was chasing down feedback, translating business-speak into something actionable, or just trying to make sense of messy goals with too many post-its.
That chaos taught me to zoom in on the micro-interactions and zoom way out to the system-level stuff. Titles didn’t matter much. The problem always decided what I did next.

I learn best by building, not just planning — trusting that even wrong turns have something to teach. As a designer and as a person, I lead with curiosity, embrace the messy middle, and create with the same clarity, context, and patience I value in everyday life.

When I’m not sketching for my Instagram account, Lemonade Zindagi, or searching for art museums to visit, I’m probably halfway up a trail questioning bad sign systems.

There are times I catch myself noticing design in unexpected places — in the way light cuts across a gallery floor, or how hikers instinctively form queues on narrow paths.
